Tweeter + door panel removal tips

So I have looked up the door panel removal DIY and I just have one unanswered question. I am not sure of how to take the tweeter off. Any tips or advice? I do not want to break it because I will be removing my panels to replace my door lock actuators. Thanks in advance

The door panel comes off first, and then the sail panel(were the tweeter is mounted) merely pops off, it is retained by metal spring clips.
