What to buy, need help

Hey everyone, I need ur opinion on something. I have $800 to spend. What would u guys/girls get for the Si? Should I go Suspension or go for power?

I d go for hp headers ($100 or so) and get an exhaust. Then youll have the whole air setup. Unless you really want to look better, go for engine

Im not sure what kind of gains youll get, but its more with intake and exhaust. Check around in the engine fourm.

where can you get the hp header for 100???!?!?!! i want one if its that cheap

I searched Ebay relentlessly for HP headers, but didn't find one for the SI or RSX.

to be honest, i really like the OEM header.. some things to think about

OEM is SS
aftermarket is NOT

OEM is warranted
Aftermarket is NOT

OEM is a nice piece, not to far off the aftermarket piece they are both pretty beefy and seem to flow nearly the same.
Aftermarket is overpriced and prone to problems (dc sports)

I dynoed rather well 150whp 131trq
with I/E
intake was a AEM CAI
exhaust is a 2.25 midpipe with a Apexi N1 muff.

so far i have made the most torque with the above mods, as compared to similiar mods and a header. next on the list would be a bore throttle body ..... Im going to stick with the stock header as long as possible. ITS far from the days of the old D series Cast iron header.... so Im happy...

The only header id be willing to buy over my stock one if the price was right is either the comptech piece, or a JDM CTR piece. --

As far as what you should get, do the midpipe, tb bore, springs, tires, rims, emblems ...
Or wait a bit and get the HONDATA ECU UPGRADE!!!!!

For just about 800, i got PROGRESS springs (2" drop) and PROGRESS anti-roll bars (front and back). The car rides excellent with these mods. BUT, I think the guy with the header/exhaust post has the right idea. That's what I did first. No header though.

I am planning not to buy any mods until spring or early summer, cuz I believe more stuff for our cars will be released in april,may.
Don't be in a rush to mod your cars, why buy something now, install it and when something nicer comes out buy that one and do everything all over again and on top of that try to sell the used part. Don't get me wrong I did that a lot of times in the past it was just wasting money. We have only limited number of aftermarket parts yet.

4. Buy windshield washer lights, lights for under your car, license plate holder that lights up, and the final piece of the puzzle...a shifter that lights up.:D

Hey, this is the idiot that said he spent about 800 on PROGRESS springs and anti-roll bars. It was actually aroun 500. maybe a little less. I purchased a Thermal exhaust and a wing from APR (RT-1). Sorry for my lack of mathmatics. But that'd give you another 300 or so Aye?
