C Pillar Bar install help. sequence of the last steps

I have the mounts already bolted on the car. now I have a steel bar, and two ends with screw threads.
Do I first intall the two ends, and then screw the bar on one end , and then screw into the other end?

Or I firstly combine the three parts as a whole, and then adjust, and bolt the two ends onto the car?

find it very difficult to align well to screw the bar into the second end.

(sorry for poor English, hope you guys know what I'm saying...)

I had both ends(all threads with the eyelets at the end) screwed all the way in, attached one end to the car, held the other with one hand, and twisted the bar till I was able to slide the bolt through the other mounting bracket. it wasn't exactly the same, but within a quarter turn. hope this helps
