Took the EP into 6" of snow and 17 degrees!

I went up to Oklahoma City for Christmas, and arrived on Monday night just as the serious snow was starting to come down. Tuesday morning dawned with beautiful snow (no ice) everywhere. The stack on my car was as deep as the antenna. I brushed off all the loose stuff, and by that time the car had warmed up.

Went over to a local mall and did some major testing of the ABS and maneuvering. I like to know what to expect, and I hadn't had the chance to do this yet. Was quite pleased. Then just had fun by getting up speed and yanking the e-brake!

Wednesday, Christmas day, started at 17 degrees. I found one definite advantage to the EPS - it doesn't stiffen up in the cold like every hydraulic p/s system I've ever owned.

Overall, the car did very well. Now, my arthritis on the other hand... ;)

we got about 4-6" of snow the other day. car handled like a charm. I think the SI luvs the snow.
