Okay so if i either got progress or megan track coilovers that were on an rsx, what would be the difference? Would it still ride okay? Would i need anything for the install, some people said the endlinks i would need off an rsx. Thanks guys, just want to gain insight before i dive in on this.

Need rsx tierods and might need to shave down the rear mounting holes/bushing.

Is it worth it or is it just easier to get ep coilovers? In all honesty i have roughly 600 to spend and i need coilovers.

For better tie rods and spring rates. Yes it is worth it.

If you're just trying to get low, go raceland....

The rsx rears won't go as low on an ep IIRC

i ran the same set up. can't go low but it felt great for dd/occasional canyon runs

did that setup in 2006 but in 2008 I put on the hotchkis 22mm rear sway bar and that made about the same difference as putting on the coilovers

So i just found some tein ss from a dc5 locally.. i will need rsx endlinks.. anyone have a link for some online? And everything else should be fine and bolt up? And why do you say you can't go low?

you just cant. i had the rear maxed out and there was a finger gap left to half a finger gap with 17s on. the front u can max it out with just about the same. u can buy the endlinks off clubrsx

edit: u can make it lower by removing the perches but i wouldnt suggest that.

you will have to shave down the lower bushing on the rears or it will not fit the smaller gap, so you need some sort of grinding tool. I had some rsx full teins on my ep before i went with ep specific megans. the megans felt better, but i was tucking stock 15s on 205/55s on the teins

i need help! so if there is "too much play" does that mean i need to order new rsx outer tie rods? or does that mean i need new inner ep3/rsx tie rods? I need help asap

All you need is DC5 tie rod ends, it is NOT REQUIRED to have DC5 tie rods. The reason for this is becaise the DC5 front struts have a larger hole on the strut arm that bolts to the tie rod end.

I ordered DC5 tie rod ends and DC5 suspension and it will bolt up perfectly. Go to your local Acura dealer if you need your car goign ASAP to order these.

Alright, so I can just change that and it will be good? Like good enough to drive all the way to the beach?

You'll be good enough to drive across the Atlantic ocean if there was a road there lol.

It's going to bolt up seamlessly, and you will have no more worries.
