Yea my girl has a type s and it sucks being slower and being at high rpms all the time, whenever i drive it, i forget she has a 6 speed and she nags how im always shifting so high in rpms lol... bought kpro so im that much closer to keeping up
And shes the one who taught me how to drive stick... i knew how go move a car before she taught me but never in the streets

My GF wants a Mini Cooper S, I'm hoping I'll have my K24A2 before she bought it or I'll be embarassed as much as I was when I saw that her automatic Mazda Protege 2003 ES 1.6L exhaust line was bigger than my old stock exhaust on the EP3 (one of the reason I upgraded ^^) and she'll be more than pleased to remind me I'm slower than her. But women driving fast/quick car are so much sexy that I'll be OK with it :P

Just get a faster car from the factory (EVO or STI).

If you would like to keep your EP3 then just swap/forced induction/whatever.

*Personally id opt for a better car and even if her car is faster than yours, why would it matter? Id love for my girl to have a STI/EVO/NSX/etc...ill just be riding shotgun all the time smoking by blunt.

Exactly...the Type S and EP3 are both slow. The Type S is just less slow. Not knocking em but thats a fact.

As I previously said, if you want fast...get a better platform. ie. rwd/awd > Evo/Sti/nsx/s2k/etc.

He is right basic bolt ons intake, downpipe, cat, exhaust and tune and my evo put down 376 whp - if I upgrade my wastegate and bov I can probly get it around 400 whp. I love both you have to spend so much money/time/parts on making the civic fast, dont get me wrong I love it and more power for building one. My ep3 isnt a slouch either put down 226 whp with k20a2, intake, rbc, race header, exhaust, stage 2 cams, ti valve springs, retainers.

I'm sorry and this is meant not to offend you but the evo's died with the ix. the evo ten looks like ass. I owned a evo ix mr. great car and yes it was fast. but i love hatch backs and i love hondas. and i rather have an all motor car over another boosted car but thats just me.

although i've never been a fan of the lip kits. i'm one of the few who actually prefer the usdm bumpers/sideskirt;as long as you paint match the bumper markers or in my case with my nhbp i tint my bumper markers
