I ordered new boots for both my lower arm ball joints and tie rods since they are damaged, what grease do I need to pack the inside with? I have a can of Coastal EP Grease (Molybdenum Disulfide) for my brake shims, will that work?

I purchased the tool to remove the arm from the knuckle with this cheap, but effective separator that worked beautifully, by the way:

Any grease is fine really. It just sits in there keeping the ball joint lubed up... nothing special.

I like to use whale oil.

Since its the least environmentally friendly.

Honestly though, I just replaced my LCAs and used off the shelf grease you get at autozone. No complaints.
