its missing from my engine as well

I don't know where that is, but if its on the engine... it could be just another optional grounding point. My EF has a couple of those missing bolts on the engine and they were right in line with the ground wire/point on the engine.

yeah that is on mine as well. It is probably just for some accessory that our car does not have, such as a mounting point for the hydrolic line for the conventional power steering system that we dont have but the rsx does.

yeah, i think its just a spot for a wire harness oh the right hand drive cars or sumptin.
