So i got new drilled/slotted rotors all around. and decided to do the backs first. Did one side, perfectly fine. no trouble. Went onto the other side, switched the rotor out and went to put the caliper back on and it wouldn't slide on like normal. (i did compress the piston with the special tool and took off the cap of the master cylinder) i got the caliper on almost straight, but it wouldnt go down all the way, so i hammered it a bit, it looks like it lines up. I tightened everything down, but the wheel doesnt budge. I'm thinking the caliper is on crooked? What is there to do to fix this? It's a pain in the ass.

see if you can compress the caliper more. i use a huge flathead. chech the thickness of the rotor and compare it to the other side

Is the rotor seated flush? If you rotate the rotor, does it go on. Otherwise perhaps the pads are too thick.
