I currently have an stock A3 boosted on 10 psi as a daily, personally I'm just waiting for it to blow up since i already have a K24A2 waiting to be swapped in,

Just wondering if a setup below will reach 400hp-ish? or higher?
- Stock K24A2
- Emusa turbo kit
-T3/t4 Turbo
- 2.25 charge piping? Or should i go with larger piping
- Full fuel system setup (feed/pump/return)
- Emusa downpipe(2.5" to 3") to 3" all the way out
- CC Stage 4 clutch

Thanks

lsd and maybe some head work. valves and such

I believe Nate Dogg makes a 3" down pipe for T3/T4 flange, you should look into that and possible upgrade to bigger IC piping. Alot will depend on the tune and the turbo. Is the turbo the stock one from the Emusa kit?

i'll let you know at the end of the week. or beginning of next. i'll be doing at least 8lbs, maybe 10-12. got a ebcs too.

im guessing around 350-380, good enough.

You don't need any head work to achieve that goal. Ive seen 400+ with a stock long block, and you won't need LSD. You just won't catch traction. You'll more than likely need a slightly bigger turbo if its the stock turbo. Good luck reaching your goal.

I was going to say, your turbo will be the limiting factor. The turbos work fine, but don't flow that well when run at higher psi. I would think you will need 16+ psi to reach 400hp

350 is enough to beat 80% of cars. im rocking 440 and its hard to keep get traction in 3rd gear

thats crazy. when i get a real turbo im going to shoot for 400-450. maybe a real lsd if this one poops out. i still dont trust it, already got 1k on it. i haven't even done a burn out, cause i have no tune...:mfrown:

I see, thanks for all the replies,
Just another question,
For my fuel system, should i use -8AN as a feed line? Or should i just use -6AN all around pump>feed>rail>FPR>return
I wont be running a Inline Bosch pump like how many others do, I'm thinking that the Walbro 255 would be enough..

I think youll fall just short of your power goal while maxing out that t3/t4. A larger turbo and you are there.

Almost forgot..

Run the stock returnless fuel system with larger injectors and upgraded in-tank walboro fuel pump. I have a brand new one for sale on clubrsx, and dont mind giving a fellow ep'er a bargain!

Here's the link to my 4 sale thread:

I see, i was planning to use a GT35 after?

I would get the 3in down pipe and exhaust first then if i was you get a 30r or 35r turbo and fuel and -6an is fine

Talking Garrett turbs... a 30r would best suit 400whp goal. Ultra responsive with a meaty power band. The 35r will make 400 with less boost and a more dramatic pull, but not as responsive.

Its such a disappointment to hear that someone would spend the money to buy a nice turbo like that and bolt it up to a log:mcry:

IMO nice tubular manifold, 3" downpipe, 2.5 inch charge piping + a decent intercooler, Garrett T3T4 57trim (capable of 450)

Bet you would hit about 400whp on a bar

i dont hate log manifolds but they are soo inefficient. tubular is much better but gotta be careful with quality and be sure not to get a rsx fullrace mani. i know frm experience. if u want to get a siderwinder, pm and ill hook you up. i got a spare one

Personally, im just looking to see if the gt35 would fit if it didnt, ill probably buy a sidewinder if the gt35 wont fit

Anyone get a GT35 to fit? Im eyeballing that EMUSA kit, and was thinking of upgrading it to the GT35. (Well, when I go to actually buy one!)
