k24a4 turbo swap idle problem

i got a 05 ep with a k24a4 swap on a revhard turbo kit a3 intake manifold. car is having a fluctuating idle fomr 1200 to 2000 its actually getting really annoying lol. anyone else had this problem? i tried to switch iac and tps and i still have the same problem. i also have a vibrant vacuum box. Also my temp guage isnt working can someone please help

Bump I found a k24a4 for 300 but ppl say "I rather get a1" but theyre very similar. Im thinkin about biost too and the low compression is great.

But I need a reason why the a4 is not so great cuz now I have a doubt on my mind...

And sorry I been reading and not much info on the a4
