Hi guys, got a line on these seats and wondered if anyone knows if they fit in the EP?
I figure they do, and I've always wanted the extend-able thighs support since I'm 6'2. What do you all think?51765177

they do fit with different seat rails. I cant remember who but some one on here ditched their CTR recaros for a set of CL7s and they bolted up no problem. I wanna get a set of those seats though, would go nicely with my all black interior

Jukka, that would be me. I am using oem ctr rails. if height is an issue look into the sparco? lowmax rails. they sit lower.

That looks Amazing!
They didn't fit on the OEM Ep rails for what reason, or do you think I could use the OEM rails from the Accord R?
In your opinion, are they narrower at the hip and shoulders then our stock seats? This is common to Euro spec car seats.

Thanks
ps yours have the lumbar pump, mine don't. Must have been a specific year thing.

My seats are not actually out of a cl7, these were direct from Recaro (hence the lumbar) but they are essentially same seat ats cl7, just minus the lumbar support.

The stock ep3 rails do not work because the way they mount to the stock seats. they bolt horizontally where as the ctr rails or similar others mount with the bolts going vertically. (ie ours mount on the sides where the cl7s mount on the bottong of the seat to a flat rail)
check your seats out and you will see what I mean by that.

As for using the cl7 rails, I can't answer that part. 4 bolts is all that is holding you back from being the first to find out. When i got these seats, they came without rails.

Specs wise. they hold about the same (from what I was told recently) I have not had my stocks in my car for over a year so I kinda forgot how they felt, but these are very comfortable.

Thanks Almost Fast for the great info.
Price wise they will only cost me 825, and by selling my stock seats (for what 300-400), it's only about 200 per seat!

CL7 seats are going for about 1100 a pair in good condition online. I wanna go with these or the JDM recaro's from the EP's, which are actually the same except for the leg extension and obviously all red.

Where did you sell your seats at? Here, or other Civic forums?

these seats bolt straight up to the EP using a set of EP3 premier rails, or slightly modded DC5 rails

they sell for about £300 over here in the uk as no one wants them here. mostly due to the fact you can pick up premiers from £500
