So what part is it that we have to bore over on our suspension to install dc5 tie ends? (inverted ones)

what do you mean by bore over?
the tie rod end for the dc5 will work if you have the dc5 suspension

Is this a statement or a question?

In either case I am not sure...I know that I have a DC5 specific suspension with a dc5 tie rod end

To use the DC5 tierod ends in a EP3 require you to enlarge the taper on the steering arm, the proper size taper bit is about 25$ or so for a quality one.
