I'm buying new Tokico Blues. My uncle, who's helping me install at his shop, said I should look into getting some new higher performance upper strut mounts.

I'm assuming the new Tokico shocks and struts don't come with any mounts, right?

I'm new to all this and any help you guys could give me would be great - What else am I gonna need to buy, mounting/hardware-wise, for the shocks/struts?

I'm also gonna get rear camber kits - any suggestions? I've been looking at Skunk2 and Ingalls.

I'm in for this too. but new shocks and struts rarely come with new top hats. But i was wondering what people thought about these shocks and struts.

Everywhere I read I only see good things about the Tokico Blues. If your looking to do Autocross or you want crazy performance, then yeah there are better options. But the Tokico's are great for people who lowered daily driver cars and arelooking to replace factory shocks/struts.

Do you reccomend getting new upper mounts?

my personal opinion is hell yes get new mounts, no reason to put old used mounts onto a fresh new suspension set up because eventually youll start getting the strut mount knock because you didnt change them and now they are fucked lol which means pulling the struts out again lol they are fairly priced i bought a kyb mount for like 50 bucks i think from my local part store, what kind of springs did you go with? because the strut isnt what lowers the car the springs are, so if you didnt get lowering springs the car wont be lower and theres no need for a camber kit

Yeah, I bought it with lowering springs. I dont know exactly what springs are on them, they are black and it's about a 1.5" drop.

Do the KYB mounts fit any strut? I cant find anything but KYB mounts.

Is there anything out there besides the Ksport? They're $187 for each mount, right now I really cant do that.

For oem just buying the individual parts from hondapartsdeals.com is about 79$ a piece.

i still think the kyb mounts are your best option atm, they are quality and cost effective

Here's a whole list on Auto Parts Warehouse http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/search/?N=0&VN=4294962818+4294962796+4294967118+4294962785+429 4967066&No=0&Nr=AND%28wpn_tl_name%3ABrakes\%2C+Suspension+%26+S teering%2Cwpn_cat_name%3AShocks\%2C+Struts+%26+Com ponents%2Cwpn_scat_name%3AShock+and+Strut+Mounts%2 Cuniversal%3A0%29&Npp=10&use_warranty_code_parent=AutoTrust&Npp=50

What do you guys think? KYB? Can you guys clarify why theres a front KYB strut mount and rear KYB strut mount, and then 3rd on the list theres a front passenger side KYB strut mount?? Is the 1st on the list for the drivers side?

Went ahead with KYB mounts - 2 rear and 2 front for $133 altogether.

I'm probably gonna end up going with an Ingalls camber kit from ClubEP3 for $135. What do you guys think of Megan Racing? They're camber arms are $105 for the pair... is Megan quality, or should I stick to Ingalls?

Is it even worth bothering with used camber kits? I got a guy selling one on another forum from his civic LX.

megans strut bars are junk i can tell ya that. idk about the rest of there stuff. my car has eibach sportline springs and my tires do not have any wear issues at all. so unless your tracking the car i wouldnt bother with a camber kit.
