For the past few months i have noticed whenever i come to a stop at like a red light or something my engine will start revving to like 2,000 rpm's. Sometimes it will just hold at 2,000 until i start going again and other times it will drop to like 1,000 or something and keep bouncing back and fourth. Any one have this issue before?

IAC or Vacuum leak may be the cause.

An air bubble in the coolant will have absolutely nothing to do with that idle issue, they are entirely divorced systems.
A vacuum leak is the issue, check the IAC by removing the intake tract, and on the floor of the TB there is a square hole, start the car and place your fingers over the hole and see if you can settle the idle, if so it is the IAC that needs cleaning/replacement$$$
If that chedoesnt help, check the few vacuum lines there is, starting with the AAV and then go to the PCV line and check that.

Similar thing happened to me, cleaning the IAC worked like a champ. If I'm not mistaken, there is a DIY somewhere on this site.
