Help: Front bumber screw hole

Bought my black Si 2 weeks ago. Really sweet car.

This morning, I removed the front license plate holder for a cleanner look. I was surprised to find that in addition to the 2 screws under the bumper, there is a screw right in the middle of my bumper. I can't believe they put a hole in my bumper to mount the plate holder.

After removing the holder, I have a big screw hold in the middle of the bumber. What can I do to cover the hole? A plug? I don't want to spend money for body shop to patch it up, but I don't want to have hole in the bumper.

man, that really sucks. I think someone else had the same prob but the dealer used two screws instead of one. I dunno what you can use to seal it up; maybe bondo and touch up paint?
