Wining Noise & Clutch Chatter

So I got this new noise I didnt notice before. It sounds like a wining noise coming from inside the dash. It doesnt get lounder with the rpm's persay but it does increase with the rpm's if that makes sense. It also does it if I rev it up with the clutch in.

Another thing is when I go over a bump or sometimes when I shift I get a lot chatter from the clutch or sounds like the flywheel is bouncing around or something. Is this common?

I have basic mods I/H/E stock exedy clutch replacement and bcss.

I little like the first vid no grinding or anything like that yet. Guess I better have it checked out quick before I have to replace something expensive. Ill try to get a video posted too.

if its like the first vid, then thats the release bearing. Try to get a vid, someone on here will know better than i will :)

Do you have system or an amp installed? The whining you are describing almost sounds like a common stereo 'issue'.

Car isnt making a wining noise anymore but I think I know why. This happend today

More pics and also I dont remember the reserve tank being this low and I cant pull it back up. Is it suppose to be like this?
