steering loose

i have an 05 ep that has been lowered for 3 or 4 years and it just started steerings really sketchy is it just the tie rods i forgot what problems there damn things had with steering, and its not very cool to drive it like this with 300hp

Your going to have to explain more then what sketchy is. Do you have coilovers with camber adjustment? my alen heads got loose on by RSD's after a few races and the steering would get limp while turning as the strut shifted. It could be the tie rod ends but if those break then youd lose steering on that wheel.

While it's true the tie rods breaking would lead to a loss of steering, the boots themselves can be slowly damaged over time and degrade performance. If you are lowered, then most likely they are torn as Honda didn't engineer those boots with lowering in mind. My guess is they also need to be re-greased as well.
