Need help badly!!! Car shudders at stop/ hard to shift??

Need help bably guys!! I left work work today and my clutch did not feel right. I came to a stop and the car shudder feeling like it was still in gear. Also very hard to shift gears grinding sometimes. I was thinking the throw bearing or maybe a tooth broke off the pressure plate. Any advice???

I had a similar issue in which the clutch would not fully disengage. had to shut it down to get it into 1st gear at stops or else it would grind like mad. on mine, the hubs were cracked at the end of the springs. new disc assy alone would have been the fix in my case, but with the trans out and 135k at the time, it was time for a new clutch kit.

before you go pulling your trans, you may want to make sure it isn't a hydraulic issue, as the slave is external.
