BCSS is way better than the Neuspeed, which is just an adapter. I have the Neuspeed and it feels notchy, whereas the Buddy Club is smooth. It feels more like the Type-S shifter. It's also more than twice the price though.

Yes, if they actually have it. FYI it doesn't look anything like the picture, which is a floor mounted shifter.
