Just bought these off my friend for $29 :high5: to use for winter tires. He doesn't know what they are. If I take the centercap off, it's got "Honda" cast in the wheel, along with "14x5 1/2 JJ" and "OFF45". When I flip it over, you can see the cap was painted over and you can make out the Honda logo. Also on the back, it's got "VK674", "VWC", and "S01455A" all on different spokes, and they also say Made In Canada which I thought was pretty interesting. Anyways, you guys ever seen them before or know what car they're originally from? It really doesn't matter I guess, I was just wondering haha.
2 more things as well:
1. Anyone ever used PlastiDip on wheels, opinion on it?
2. The tires on them now are 185/65/14 - How does the "14x5 1/2" translate into tire size? I wanna make sure the 185 is right

Crazy!
Don't know anything about the rims, but the tire question is easy enough to figure.

First, go to 1010 Tire's Tire Size Calculator. (http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp?action=submit&reset=yes)

You enter the EP's stock size as a base for comparison (195/60/15 for us 02/03 guys), then up to 4 different alternate tire sizes to check against the OEM size.
According to the results I got using the size you've got on there and some other options, the 185/65/14 isn't optimal. A better option would be a 195/65/14, if you can find the tires you want in that size.
:thumbu:

EDIT:
Looks like TireRack suggests 185/70/14.

Here's a guide from honda-tech. Scroll down and you'll find wheel. It's from a 1996-2000 Civic. http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?p=18653101
