No horn

Ok i have searched long and hard to figure out how to get my horn to work with a nrg quickrelease hub and steering wheel. Ive read alot of differrent ways but not for my 02 si ep3. When i bought my quick release combo it came with steering wheel hub and quick release. In the box there was all the screws, a set of wires, 2 thin rings, an a thick small ring. I have absolutly no idea where the 2 thin rings and the small thick ring is suppose to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im not sure if those parts is the reason why my horn isnt working.

Can you post a picture of your kit so we can see all the pieces?
If I'm correct the rings are just adapters for horn buttons.

I believe the wires is all you need for the horn to work.
Sadly, I haven't gotten around to setting my horn up.
