car shuddering when shifting into first and reverse

So i have about 80k on the dash. I've noticed lately that whenever i reverse or engage into first gear, as I let off the gas, the car shudders a bit like its struggling to catch???? However no issues shifting into any other gears once i am in motion. What might this be????

Clutch spring broke? My car does the same thing. Other ep's I've driven (with more miles on stock clutch) don't do this. Mine didn't start doing this until after I had it for a little while. (I used to beat the piss out of this car)

if i was to replace my clutch and flywheel, would this take care of the problem you think???????
