I was wondering what do you guys think about DC sports HHR6515 header, and review or suggestion?? It's for a 02 Ep3.

Kidd racing race header and custom mid pipe.

I have a dc race hand brand new just sitting now I just want to sell it. I've heard the flex pipe was poorly made. It's not a bad header for the price, but if you can fetch alittle extra money, it can go a long way.

I had a DC header for a few years and loved it. When i sold it, it looked practically new. I think a lot of the flex pipe failures are because people used their header without some sort of engine mount upgrade. Thats just asking for trouble with ANY aftermarket race header...

I bought a DCRH used off a member on here and I ran it for 15k+ miles on my hatch. Took it off recently. Just sitting here taking up space. PM me if you want to buy it.

Or their car was super dumped and their exhaust dragged everywhere.

Agreed. A lot of parts issues are user/install based... lol

FWIW, I had the same header when I was N/A and it did just fine.

But seriously, if it's over $300, I'd just spend the little extra to get a Private Label Manufacturing header. It should make better numbers than the DC.

300 shipped since it's brand spanking new, I spent 324 shipped at clubrsx. I can get pictures if you decide to pick it up.

Yup, I have some 75A Innovative mounts to drop in, the stocks were destroyed.

i had a dcrh and ran it for about 3yrs and the bung where the o2 was all rotted and had a hole from rust. and the welds for the flex pipe were rusted to shit. idk if it was due to living in new england with snow and what not but for the price i loved it. now i upgraded to the skunk2 mega power and wow what a big differance. but thats more than double the price of a dc. if your on a budget you will love the dc and i bet most ppl who have owned one could prob say the same.

i had my dcrh for 3.5 years, flex pipe leaked after 6 months. after 2 years, the whole header was a complete pile of rust, that magically happened to last 1 more year before the o2 sensors fell out due to severely rusted bungholes. at that point, it was not only time to replace the entire header assembly, but also both 02 sensors. Had I to do it all again, I would not buy the dcrh. especially if it is to be driven in any climate that is not completely dry.

i now rock a KRRH, which is only a little more up in comparison, and not only is it all stainless, but there is no flex pipe. there is a flex joint instead.

DC is sooooo good for B-series...lol...

your in the K-series now, take it up a notch to either budget, obx rh vers 2, or spend more JRRH/KRRH, or Hytech/etc.
