Putting on a test pipe tmrw and a short header.

The donut gasket looks jankity as shit and looks like it's wrapped in an aluminum foil type substance. Should I be worried, or re use my stock donut gasket?

Also, how tight should I tighten the spring bolts from test pipe to header? Too tight and it fucks stuff up and not tight enough and it gets a leak.. I've searched but can't find any torque specs on it.

Also, any tips on a DIY spark plug defouler?

Thanks

that gasket should still seal if its tight enough, its soft. or get the oem one from honda.

OEM donut is either P/N 18115-PNE-004 for a3 or 18115-PRB-A01 for type s

snug. 16ft/lbs. it gets really hot. too tight and it might not come out without snapping off. you could use anti-seize.

33ft/lbs for header to head bolts. replace them with new. same with the metal gasket.
