Oil Change Interval for Oil Cooled Turbo?

I"m looking to get some other's opinions on the oil change interval on a civic ep3, yea its a k20a3 with the greddy turbo kit. I have been using mobil synthetic 5w-30 with honda filter every 3k miles. I have the turbo timer set to 50 sec minimum after every drive. Also, the turbo is not water cooled, only oil cooled. I am just curious if anyone else goes longer or has any opinions on this ?

i do about 5k on amsoil 10w/30, K&N filter. 1 min turbo timer. ebay turbo.

Ok thanks. I think i'll just stick with 3k with mobil 1.
