Shock mount bushing question

I need to replace the shock mount bushing and had a question. Is it better to buy the whole shock mount with the bushing already pressed in, or should I buy just the bushing. I haven't taken apart the top hat yet so didn't know how easy it is to replace the bushing. Do they just pop out or do I have to press or burn them out?

Bump. No one has replaced the tophat bushing here before?

The only shock bushing I can think of is on the rear struts. (Lower shock bolt goes through it.)

What bushings are you talking about on the front? The ones in the knuckle?
