A spider got in my car once and one morning I opened my door and I almost didn't notice this huge web in the door way. It's like the spider was trying to catch me in it's web! Luckily I noticed the web and saw the spider so I was able to get rid of it. I hate bugs!

Suk's suggestion should work, and hopefully you'll find the suffocated spider(s) in plain sight to get rid of it, otherwise you'll have dead bugs all over your car. :D
