06+ si race header

Hi i am able to get an 06+ si race header for cheap, will it fit with little to no mod on my 02 si? Im not worried about the cat back because i will get that custom made/bent probably...actually if i do decide to buy a cat back which should i buy? 06+ si coupe, 06+ si sadan or ep3?

Oh, he had it right then...six sigma made me thing of the business management tool so i switched it lol thanks for the help guys i guess i gotta pass on it.
