205/40. Stance that bitch. It's what those rotiforms deserve.

Agree. Or slammed on 195/40. Rotiforms are some of my fav rims. I'm definitely jealous. Pics?

195/40 would be hell of a stretch
but I don't think they make that size in a 17

I didn't think so either. But, there are a couple companies that do. Someone showed me once before to prove me wrong.

Yokohama S drives are available in 195/40-17. It would look sexy but it's just too skinny for such a big car IMO

What do you want? Function or form?

In my opinion, any good 'looking' tire/wheel setup can be explained as "nice, but impractical" and any good functioning set up, even if it has a bit more sidewall/higher ride height will get respect, and still look 'good'

Piss on that "herra frush" movement.. If you can't run over a twig on the road doing 25 MPH for fear that you'll rub, then uhh.. What's the point?

EDIT:
Sorry, that came out pretty wrong. It's definitely your call and your decision, and i'm not hating.. I guess my opinion is just a bit bias for what I like..

But, why not take advantage of a 225/XX/17 tire? Just my thought :)

Hella flush "looks" awesome. Until you drive. And you'll find most those guys on bags anyways. I like a little fatter tire, but I also like traction

I would bag my car in a heartbeat. A fucking heartbeat. But I don't mind staying static. The bumpy ride gets my dick hard.

Hell fuckin' yeah!!! Too that!! Where can we recruit more of these guys!

Yeah hella flush is alright, but then what's the point of doing engine upgrades when you cringe when you hit the speed limit. You shouldn't be worrying about rolling those fenders to get flush, you should be worrying that your 225/ 235s are not going to fit.

at least a 215 width tire. but i'm one those anti-stretch people. 17x8 deserves a 235, but that's just me.

A heart beat? Really?
Have you seen the fabrication work involved in bagging a car?
It would take ATLEAST 90,680 heart beats..

If the wheel had a more reserved offset I would agree with larger tires. But +20 will run into rubbing issues, also, it was a clue to the look the OP was going for.
