Has anyone still experienced dash lights dimming even after electrical upgrades?

Already installed:
High output alternator
Car audio battery
Cap at sub amp
1/0 amp feeder cabling and alternator cable upsized
Ground upgrades both qty and 4ga
Sub amp is JL 750HD which is efficient

Starting to wonder if its just filaments vibrating. Sub is JL W7 and it hits hard enough to bounce windshield wipers so who knows.

Guess I need to borrow dc amp meter and see what kinda loads I have at full bass.

Maybe the capacitor isn't large enough to handle the amp and sub? I was told that dimming lights is still a power source problem that the battery is being drained, but I'm no expert. Hope you figured it out!

I think on my day off I will clean all connection contact points and torque connections.

Yeah capacitor is 1 farad, should'nt be the problem, but you never know.

Why? It's not what you set out to do, just a by product of sound pressures. If you ever got a chance to sit in my car, you would want the same setup in your DD.

You gotta have tunes for when you're on the gas. :-)

Alternator is a major cause for the lights dimming. Do the lights get brighter when you accel?

This happens to me sometimes. Could it be the battery too?
