how to install usb ports?

I am sick of having cables all around the car from the cig outlet, i want it to be clean

Sick of having to have my key on to charge my phone, I tapped into the radio for constant power. I ziptied the charger inside the center dash and ran the cable through one of the blank plugs on the dash, by the ignition- which I drilled out and put a rubber grommet.

It was perfect for my EVO, but with my new EVO 3D having a different USB port location, I've gotta get an EVO 3D-specific holster now.

The positive wire's the white/red and the negative is the black wire that's just underneath it.

This setup worked perfect for my ol' EVO, but my new phone just gave me a warning popup that said the current isn't strong enough to charge, so I'm gonna switch from a cheap car charger and a cheap cable to my HTC wall charger and HTC cable to see if it fixes this new issue.
