that hose from the bottom of the SC (bypass valve) needs to be connected to one of the barbs on the SC inlet (connects to your throttle body). the 2 barbs on the intake manifold are for the MAP sensor relocation bracket/ spacer for the race kit. just use a vacuum connection and plug the ones you dont use. for the wiring- not a clue

the one on the bottom of the supercharger does not go to the black plastic fitting on the TB- that is your evap purge i beleive- you have a stock hose that goes there. in your first pic where your pointing at 4 barbs/ fittings- you connect the hose from the bottom of the SC to one of the barbs/ fittings on the SC inlet casting- right next to where you routed your PCV and brake booster hoses

Do you have the directions for it. If not get em from superchargers.com I think. Or just google it. I printed em right off the website. I had the race kit so mine was a little different. Can't help with the wiring. Sorry

i did download the instructions but this is what it says to do
39. Find the new hose that was routed from
the PCV valve along the front of the car.
Connect it to the hose fitting on the top of the
throttle body inlet manifold.
so thats why i connected it to the second inlet on the SC so then what u guys are saying this one needs to be connected to the throttle body and not the sc itself?

You have it in the right spot. Right behind the throttle body.

Don't know what that is. Ditch the powercard and buy my AEM EMS and a 3.8 inch pulley and your set. Tune and everything. Haha. For real though.

Not cheaper than my EMS. Maybe it's for boost pressure. No idea really.

I am installing a used JRSC k20a3 kit next week. So far the list I've compiled is all the regular tools, sockets, wobble socket, torque wrench... Others that didn't seem to be listed on the JRSC instructions were a magnetic tool, some extra PCV tubing, loctite. I'm getting the hondata i/m/g, was there anything else you ran into that I should prepare for otherwise?

Make sure you get a stock img also. The hondata img doesn't let the sc fit right.

Ok, I will do that just in case, thank you for the heads up!

i plan on using the k20a2 ecu with kpro if possible.. so I should be replacing the T/B gaskets as well?

yea kpro is the way to go i am just useing a power card but i heard the kpro will get you the best results and power gains
i might go with a VTEC killer system and keep the street kit
