Removing Injen Short Ram Intake - Problem!

I'm currently putting the stock intake back on my EP3 but I can't get the rubber "vibra mount" out of the hole, it seems to be rusted in there. I've tried a few rounds of PB, no dice. Any ideas? You can't really grip it since the rubber just twists :(

I just want to get it out without needing to drill out the screw, but it may not be avoidable :-\
