Results were 180, 167, 179, 182.

One cyl is a little low, but overall I don't think too bad for how many miles are on it. I hope to get at least another 25K miles out of it before a swap happens.

i bet with some Seafoam you can bump those numbers up higher...probably just some carbon sticking to the valve seat/valves...

leave it the way it is, do NOT use seafoam unless you want to swap it right after

Yeah I think this is one of those situations I will just leave it as it is. No seafoam At the most I will adjust the valves if they start making noise. Also change fluids. Thats it.

Photoshop'd

Take a video of yourself holding your drivers license and your local newspaper showing the date and then showing the cluster, or else it's fake.

;) Gotta love Honda's!

haha your car was the first one i thought of when i saw this thread. what's your mileage at now?
and have you done a compression test recently?

History is lots of mobil 1 oil changes. It is pretty much bone stock. I think I am somewhere around 243K. I dont drive much now. Work is about 3 miles from home so the miles will slow down a good bit. No recent compression check besides that one. Here in a couple weeks I will do the transmission fluid.

Wow, original engine? Very impressive!!

What are all of the parts you have had to replace in that length of ownership? I would really hope the stock clutch hasn't lasted this long.

 Working on 226,000 at the moment, closing fast! Got my first track day this coming Friday, should add a good chunk there...1.8 miles at a time.
Never done a compression test. :meek: Really though, never really felt the need to. She still pulls strong! Suppose next time I'm in there, I'll see if the el cheapo Mityvac kit I use to bleed the brakes can do that.

...Man, I couldn't do that many miles bone stock. I'd lose mah mind!
Seriously though man, that's awesome.

If not used regularly, it frees up junk in your engine only to send it to other parts of your engine possibly causing damage. Or at least that's what I've been told by those who disagree with it's use. I've added it to my black Ep every 12k and have had no problems so far.

*Should mention I didn't start it though until I had 50k on the odo.

there's a few place you can add it, where you add yours?
