Will this tire (245-45-17) fit my Circuit 10 17x7.5?

fit, yes.

suck performance wise, yes.

235/40/17 would be better.

245/45/17 will be too tall and have too much sidewall bulge for a 7.5" width wheel.

holy shit hahahahaha

7.5 would be fine with a 215-225. im gunna be running 17x9's with a 245

Gonna have to roll those fenders and slightly camber if you decide to drop it bro.

i had 235/40/17 on 17x7.5 rota torques.

only have to roll and add camber if you're dropped more than 1-1.25". i was on HFP suspension (~0.75") and was no where near rubbing

I currently still have the order of 16x7 circuit 10, still can't convince myself to go to 17, sounds like a lot of work lol

I just read this, I think I'll stay with the 16x7 circuit 10, they look more like the mf-10 because of the web design. I'll probably run 225-50-16 tires.

No more work than any other wheel.

Rim diameter doesn't matter just width / offset / and tire choice. As powdbyrice said that wide of a tire on a 7.5" rim is going to have really soft / flexible sidewalls.
