i am looking at getting the xxr 002 rims for my 04 ep3. If i get a 16x7 with a +38 5x100/4x4.5 size rim does anyone think that getting a 195/45/16 tire would make my tire stick out far even i were to roll my fenders?? I want the rims but do not want the tire n rim to stick out far?? what can i do to stop this or make it that they do not pop out tremendously??If so should i go with a 205/45/16 size tire instead??

I'm using 205/50/16 with similar spec rim. I had to add negative camber for the tire to clear the fender lip, about -1.5 in the rear. You can roll, or shave it off.

bolt pattern you posted isn`t right. Civics aren`t 5x100

the 04-05 si's are 5 lug not four so i need a five lug bolt pattern rim for my ep3.

lol thanks man. That would be cool so i can get a idea of what the outcome will look like. I already know i have to get a camber kit and new suspension when i install my new rims and get my fenders rolled so i am ready and willing to get all that done to get my car looking good and somewhat ready.

We don't know what kind of look you're going for, so it's hard for us to give you input.
Post some pics of fitments you like, and we can help you get there.

But you seem worried about that "sticking out" look.
If you have your stock wheels on, imagine those pushed out 13mm.
That is how much more these new wheels are going to "poke".
It's not much, a good fill in my opinion.
I would personally get a beefy tire and get spacers, but that's just me.
Fill in that space, 205/50.
If you want to go lower profile, 195/50.

I belive it will hit the fender unless you roll the fenders.

I would personally not run anything smaller than a 205/50. Maybe the 5 speed is not noticeably affected by a smaller diameter tire, but the 6 speed does.
At the +38 offset you will need to clearance the rear wells a bit and run some negative camber, but not enough to crap out tires quickly. That offset will fill out nicely though.
