Rebuild a K24

well i spun a main bearing somehow my engine only has 34k on it go figure
trying to figure out how hard its gonna be for me to rebuild this thing or if i can even do it myself

i was a long block i pulled out of a crv only had 22k on it when i pulled the engine driving home from work and it started knocking on me i just put the motor in may of last year
