how to remove rear speaker panels

one of my speaker is not working looking to get it fix not sure how to remove the panel .any help thanks

Theres little slots around the perriferated cover use a screw driver to pry it off

Fo sho i hear ya, if its not too late the slot is under the armrest thing, run ur nail around the edge of the cover ull find it
