I need to install an amp under my driver's seat. I figured before I get started, I'd see what the best spot is for going through the firewall with the power cable?

Had this problem when installing my subs I went threw the same hole as the throttle cable I think. That's about the only one u can go threw unless you drill a hole. They got that shit pretty sealed up lol

there is a white plastic plug near the hood release. pop out the plug, drill a hole through it, run the wire through it, reinstall the plug. clean install.

you can see where the grommet is in these instructions:

Edit: ah, I'm beginning to get it now. Damn this car is packed tight.

i ran 2 ga along the fender you cant even see it under the hood and went in to the car using the hole for the rubber piece connecting the door with the speaker wire on the driver side, ran the cable under the plastic on the drivers door, would be easy to go under the seats with it,

How do take out the seat and fit an amp under there?

There are four bolts to undo and the wire connectors for the SRS system. Make sure you don't turn the key on with the seats unplugged; if you do, you will have to reset the SRS system.
If you are putting an amp under the seat, you may wish to raise it a little in case of water on the floor (more of a concern in snowy areas). I put mine on the back seat of the car, mounted on a board.

My car had a hole that I ran it through
It was like by the hood release, under all the plastic
then I tucked the wires into my fender
