Hey there guys. I just recently bought an 02 EP3 from the original owner. He was a member on here and suggested this place so here I am. It's an 02 NBP. Has 137k miles and drives fantastic. Only mods are the Mugen Sport suspension, Progress rear sway bar, and 16" Rotas with Yokohama S-Drives. Also came with minty stock alloys as well. Car runs and drives great so I'm really stoked. It's my daily driver. I also own a 2000 EBP EM1 I bought brand new that is my weekend/nice weather toy.

Here's a couple pics of my new to me EP3:

Thank you sir. The EM has mostly suspension and brake mods. Mechanically it's pretty much stock.

you know on paper the EP3 Si is better than the EM1 Si.

my only gripe is they should have made it alittle smaller height and length wise.

On paper you might be right. Certainly the interior is much better in just about every aspect on the EP3. Lookswise that's really subjective but I think the EM1 is the better looking of the two. The EM1 however is much more visceral. More fun to thrash on. The high winding b16 and great gearbox really make it a fun pocket rocket. Around town though the EP3 makes for a great daily driver. Lower end torque will do that. Plus the versatility of the hatch is great for lugging around crap. My EM1 has an Autopower 4-pt roll bar in it so I can't haul anything except me and co-pilot lol

My sister has a stock 2005 Tiburon and her car's roof is still lower then mine!

So ep3 vs em1, which one do you like to drive more? I remember a friend got a 00 civic SI brand new when they first came out, and within 3 weeks it was totaled. And then he went off to basic training.. I rode in it once, and from what I recall, the interior was decent (not bad, but nothing stood out). This was also almost 12-13 years ago, and I have been recently thinking about picking up another car (I already have 4 vehicles, 3 of them being honda's).. Only problem is its hard to find older stock civic SI's.

Any more shots of the older SI? That blue was the color I liked the best out of what was offered.

Thanks for the compliments guys. As far as which I prefer (EP3 vs EM1) that's something I've been thinking A LOT about lol. I drove both of them a good amount this weekend. For a daily driver it's definitely the EP3. The interior is just so much better. The seats are WAY better. The steering wheels is WAY better. The shifter is better. Essentially everything you touch and have contact with is just better. It's just a better "every day" car than the EM1. Looks wise I LOVE EM1S (biased obviously). As far as driving and performance goes stop light to stop light and around town the EP wins. Smashing on backroads or attacking on ramps? The EM1 wins. Sentimental value? EM1 wins again. Owning it and not worrying about where you're parking or being afraid to drive it? The EP3 wins lol. It really is a mix and there is no clear cut winner.

Here are some pics I took this weekend of the EM1. I hadn't driven it since last August and just had a few things done to her (new exhaust/cat) Alignment. Fluids. I'm doing all the bushings in it over the next couple of weeks. It's lowered on Tein SS units.

Looks pretty much stock except for the lower altitude:

Sorry for the filter, I just downloaded iPhoto and been messin' with it:

Si Fleet lol (they each get their own side of the garage):

Underneath (yes I know the DC bling is pretty much pointless but I still like it and keep it b/c it was the first mod along with the rear upper DC bar I made so I kept it on). Also pictured are first gen Omni-Power LCAs:
