got a full dc5 type r swap done a few month back . started to noticed a whining noise when i put it in 4th gear after a while it gotten worse.its been whining in all the gears and I've been getting pop outs in 3rd,4th and 6th gear.its gotten so bad it even whine in idle but when i press in the clutch the whining noise seems to stop???? ...and i do get little grinds here and there..im guessing all my synchros are bad heard Honda went cheap on those..what chu guys think??

check your trans fluid level. replace it too. make sure it takes almost 2 qts. then see how she feels :thumbu:

NIce just orderd 4 quarts from clubrsx.com thanks to you=P..do u think tha whining noise could also come from tha lsd??

You only need 2 lol. It could be a couple things bro, Hopefully it fixes it for you. You know if someone ever had it apart?

Wow found out my tranny oil level was zip ,nada ,zero!? not even a drip came out...works fine now but forth gear grinds and slight clutch noise.
