Custom axle-back straight pipe

I think I saw on here a while back of a RSX BC spec 2 style axle back bought from ebay and with some custom work, fit the EP very well. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and do you have the link of the thread or how to do this?

That would have been .colin or SHG_Easy (almost positive it was .colin though). Both have incredibly meticulous builds.
