my tuner has my car and when he did k20z1 swap never switched crank sensor to ep3 one , could that be a reason my car wont start and click click clik on starter at full voltage , feels like a sensor to me . . . or a bad ground , and my cell light is going on

Has nothing to do with a crank sensor. Have him make sure he has all the grounds on and they are tight.

thanks man , ended up being a bad alternator . . . . something so simple
