most people w/ Hondas launch in VTEC....its not good for the clutch tho so beware!

well, when I had my civic ex I lowered the tire pressure in the front to 23psi...never go below 20 with street tires. Then put the tire pressure in the rear to 44. That was with 16" rims and 45 series tires.

When I didn't have the jrsc, I launched at 2500. If you start to noticed wheel hop, gradually let off the throttle till it stops hopping and gets traction. once you get traction put the gas back down. Helped my 60 ft times, which are the most important in getting good 1/4 mile times
