HKS Titanium/CarbonFiber muffler...

I have a used HKS Titanium/CarbonFiber muffler that I'm taking offers on. This muffler runs about $700 new and this one is in pretty good shape. You will have to have new rear section pipe made. This came off my friends WRX that he wrecked and I just dont think i really wanna put it on my car now. He replaced this HKS with another muffler. This thing would look awesome on a new Si. How good is the condition of the Muffler?
It sounds like he was HIT in the rear of the car,
OR IT WAS STOLEN!
