Hey yall, was checking out the Mugen pedals but I tend to think that $150 is a bit much. Did some searching and came across these, anyone have them on their cars or know anything bout them? Good? Cheeseball? Lemmie know please.

Sorry man, that's about a pound of swiss right there.

Look at the Sparco pedals instead.

As far as I know, the Sparcos and most pedals like that are universal.

If you wanted to find out for sure, sparco is 800-224-RACE or www.sparcousa.com

see the part where it says:
"Quick and easy to install, no modification needed "

Thats bullshit. Unless they are pedal covers, which are a waste of time, theres no way to get them on there without drilling or otherwise modifying the existing pedals.

The Sparcos do require drilling, which was my next question: How much of a pain in the ass are these things to put on?

Here's the key, like any modification, just take your time.

Carefully mark your holes
Use a center punch to mark the pedal (so your drill bit doesn't wander)
Drill a straight hole
Mount your pedals
Enjoy

they will fit, but just so you know, you will have to drill holes into your stock pedals so you can bolt the pedals onto the stock ones

so, correct me if Im wrong, but if i ever want to take them off and go back to stock (for when I trade car it, etc...) they will just come off and I can put the little rubber covers back on with no one being the wiser?

This may sound stupid, but is there any way to change the way that the clutch and shifter sound when used, I just love the sound of the BMWs when shifted.
