I think I'm going to buy some wheels with my tax return money(before it's gone). Even though spring is a long way off. I don't want to lower my car mainly because the roads I drive on are pretty shitty. My old civic developed a ton of rattles from my skunks and konis. So thats why I want a little more tire to fill out the wheelwell. Wondering if anyone has seen 17" 205/45 on an ep yet with stock ride height? All the wheels I'm looking at are only available in 17". I'm also interested in the 5zigen fpro1s in 16" I'd run a 205/50.

a drop is the only way to fillup the wheelwell. the si has a very large wheelwell and a 45 or 50 series tires on 16's or 17's will not make a big difference. you will still have about a 2-3 finger gap. its gonna look funny to me.

very true, doesn't matter what size tire or rims you get, you'll still have the same wheel gap. i know i had 17s for such a long time on stock and i just got neuspeeds and its so WONDERFUL!
