help should there be an open port on the throttle body?

the port closest to the throttle cables (upper left is open) no hose and one of the ports is capped on the intake manifold as well (one on the right) with no hose.im getting boost but yellow flashing light & hi idle....Thanks

No clue on the powercard but i remember i had to plug one of the ports on the manifold...
