unused ports on supercharger kit?

just did street kit jackson racing supercharger..the port closest to the throttle cables (upper left is open) no hose and one of the ports is capped on the intake manifold as well (one on the right) with no hose.im getting boost but yellow flashing light & hi idle....Thanks

you need to plug those up i believe that autozone sells a plug kit for like 8 bucks i have 1 also unused and its just plugged
here is a pic of the one i have plugged all others are being used
the top of the JRSC should be the hose to the boost gauge if none u can delete that and the other one from the bottom of the SC
the one next to the TB should have the power card with the bypass valve and one other one cant remember but hope this helps
